Shipping PoliciesWe ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail as we found their service to be exemplary.
Tracking numbers will be provided.
In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum we may ship puzzles in several segments. But not to worry; we will provide assembly instructions when necessary.
We charge $5.50 shipping/handling fee for the first puzzle and $1.00 for each additional puzzle. Collections (i.e. Mini Puzzle Collection) are considered one puzzle for shipping fee purposes.
Shipping to an APO/FPO address is a flat charge of $13.45.
Shipping normally takes place within 5 business days of receipt of order. If we are out of stock on an item we will advise when it will become available.
